Arrow Scientific offer a wide range of quality assurance tests and equipment to food and beverage manufacturers ranging from thermometers, data-loggers, pH meters, salt tests, refractometers, chlorine rinse strips to sophisticated instruments for measuring food texture.

We also provide HACCP related software, manuals, training books, multimedia CD-ROMS and videos, as well as HACCP data-collection tools and GlitterBug for hand-wash training.

Arrow offers sensory software, texture analysers and bulk density instruments.

For bacteria testing we supply the 3M Petrifilm™ range of bacteria tests, including pathogens such as Listeria and Salmonella. For faster testing we have ATP or protein residue tests for on-the-spot monitoring of hygiene or cleanliness.

We also offer various microbiological accessories (stomacher, sampling bags, control bacteria, diluents, swabs, etc) and sanitation tests.

We also offer the latest in allergen testing for Gluten.

Our staff are trained in helping food and beverage manufacturers ensure the safety and quality of their products.
